A significant review meeting was held today at the Kailashahar Circuit House to assess the progress of various flagship schemes initiated by the Central Government. The meeting was chaired by Raksha Nikhil Khadse, Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports.
The review focused on the implementation and progress of key central schemes such as Swachh Bharat Mission, Ayushman Bharat, Digital India, Ujjwala Yojana, Startup India, and Skill India at the state and district levels.
Attending the meeting were Tinku Roy, Tripura’s Minister for Social Welfare and Social Education, Unakoti District Magistrate Tamal Majumdar, senior officials from the local administration, and representatives from various concerned departments.
In her address, Minister Khadse emphasized, “The successful implementation of flagship schemes relies solely on coordinated efforts between the Centre and the State. The administration must give utmost priority to ensuring that the benefits of these schemes reach people at the grassroots level.”
Officials and observers present expressed the view that this meeting would help accelerate the implementation of central schemes across the region.
